Marketing Feedback Forums - New students Semester 2 '06

Welcome to Monash!  We hope your experience of studying IT at Monash thus far has exceeded your expectations, and you are enjoying your new course.

Even though you have only just begun your course, you can already give something very important back to Monash.

Your experience of Monash so far is very valuable. It will help us improve our recruitment services and better understand the efficacy of our marketing campaigns in reaching those interested in tertiary IT study. 

We would like to invite you to attend one of our marketing feedback forums taking place across our Berwick, Caulfield and Clayton campuses in the first week of September.

Forum session each take approximately 1 hour.  During a session you will be asked to fill in a simple questionnaire to find out how you heard about Monash, and you will be encouraged to join in on discussion of studying IT at Monash.  We want to know what we do well, and what we need to do better.

For attending one of our forums you will receive a complimentary movie ticket for HOYTS cinemas, as well as go into the major prize draw!

The forum session times are:

Berwick Campus:
Undergraduate & Postgraduate:	Monday 4th September 12pm - 1pm Building 903, Studio G91
Clayton Campus:
Postgraduate:	Tuesday 5th September 12pm - 1pm Building 75, Seminar Room G55
Undergraduate:	Tuesday 5th September 1pm - 2pm Building 75, Seminar Room G55
Caulfield Campus:
Postgraduate:	Tuesday 5th September 5pm - 6pm Building H, Lecture theatre HB.32
Undergraduate:	Thursday 7th September 10am - 11am Building H, Lecture theatre HB.39

Please feel free to attend any session at any campus.  You are not restricted to attending only a postgraduate session if you are a postgraduate student (and visa versa).  Please contact Andrea Matthies if you are a Gippsland or Peninsula student and cannot make these sessions.

Limit of one movie ticket given to each participant who attends a forum.  Limit of one entry into major prize draw per participant at a forum.   Major prize draw drawn 6th October 2006 at 5.00pm.  Winners notified by email.
