New to Course Enrolment

How to enrol in the Faculty of Information Technology

Welcome and congratulations on being offered a place in a course in the Faculty of Information Technology.

As part of finalising the acceptance of your offer, you are required to attend a Course Information Session*. To help make enrolment day as easy and efficient as possible, please ensure you have completed Steps 1 to 3 in the table below prior to attending your Course Information Session.

*Off-Campus Learning (OCL) students should refer to the enrolment information provided in their offer letter or contact Gippsland campus.

This Course Information Session will answer most of your questions and staff will be available to assist you with completing step 5 and 6 in the table below.

We also recommend you spend time reading about your course structure prior to attending your Course Information Session. Pay particular attention to the majors, professional tracks, specialisations and electives available in the course. This will better prepare you for the choices you need to make on Enrolment Day.

What do l need to bring to my Course Information Session?

  1. Outlines of the units you have studied
  2. Certified copies of your academic transcripts
  3. Documentation showing the structure of the course you want credit towards

Should you need any assistance or cannot attend your Course Information Session please contact us. You will need your student ID number when making inquiries. This number is printed on your Monash University offer letter.
